P.L.A.Y. ATV and UTV Group established in 1999 to work with Federal, State and Private land owners to ensure year round access to atv, utv trails in Clearwater County. P.L.A.Y. has been instrumental in establishing contracts with the US Forest Service and Idaho Parks and Recreation to maintain ATV trails in Clearwater County. P.L.A.Y promotes a, Tread Lightly ideology and to be good stewards of the land. P.L.A.Y. holds an annual Rally at Camp 60 the last weekend in June.
